About Botswana Watch

Botswana Watch Organization (BWO) was founded in 2016 and registered under the Civil Society Act in the same year, using certificate number CR 12122 of 2016. Its offices are located in the capital city, Gaborone, in Botswana.

It is a member of the Botswana Council of NGOs (BOCONGO). Botswana Watch would like to fill the missing civil society activism in the extractive and construction sectors and in that respect, BWO, dreams of becoming the lead CSO in extractive advocacy work in the country.
